The Elizabeth Hospice is a nonprofit hospice that provides medical, emotional and spiritual support to children and adults faced with the challenges associated with a life-limiting illness, and restores hope to grieving children and adults who are feeling lost and alone. Since 1978, our hospice, palliative care and grief support services have touched the lives of more than 120,000 people in San Diego County and Southwest Riverside County.
