We are Here to Help
Adult Grief Counseling
Grief group support is available for individuals, couples, families and children.
Recognizing that everyone grieves in his or her own way, we offer a range of techniques and tools. These include experiential therapy (expressive art and play), traditional talk therapy, and support groups.
We also specialize in treating people whose painful emotions are so long-lasting that they have trouble coping with the loss and resuming their own life.
Adult Grief Support Groups
Grief support groups provide an opportunity to connect with others who are grieving the death of a loved one. Led by professionally trained grief counselors and volunteer facilitators, grief groups are a safe, nonjudgmental place to find comfort care and to learn coping skills. Specialty groups include Parent Loss, Child Loss and Spouse/Partner Loss. We also offer a Journey Through Loss Book Club.
Adult grief counseling sessions and grief support groups are being conducted via Zoom, a video conferencing tool. Click HERE to view the schedule of support groups.
