Journey Through Grief – Book Club

September 14, 2026 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm UTC+0

The Journey Through Grief Book Club provides a supportive space for individuals experiencing loss to connect with others, explore themes of grief and healing through literature, and share their experiences. Through thoughtful discussion, participants have an opportunity to explore the many ways grief can affect our lives, including the role of memories, relationships, family stories, and the continuing bonds we maintain with those who have died. Reading and discussing together can help reduce feelings of isolation, encourage self-reflection, and offer new perspectives on navigating life after loss.

The upcoming selection, Into the Pages of Yesteryear by Caroline Serowik, explores family memories, loss, healing, and enduring connections between generations. The story follows Beatrice Jones who after her death, shares pivotal moments from her life with her granddaughter, Georgy, helping her family find comfort, closure, and renewed joy. The book offers meaningful opportunities to reflect on how memories and love can continue to connect us even after someone dies.
