Join The Elizabeth Hospice volunteer and yoga practitioner Hank Newman on a journey of mindfulness through gentle movement and breathing. You’ll learn to reduce stress and anxiety and work through emotions like grief and sadness while embracing the power of living in the present moment. FREE. Everyone is welcome. Every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 4:30pm at the Poway Library, 13137 Poway Rd.
