The Elizabeth Hospice is sponsoring a monthly Grief Yoga class with yoga instructor Shannon Griffin at Las Flores Church located at 1400 Las Flores Dr. Carlsbad, CA 92008 . There’s no cost to attend, and everyone is welcome. No previous yoga experience is required. 10:00 to 11:30 am, on the first Thursday of every month. RSVP to hummingbird@ehospice.org.
