Grief Walk

The Elizabeth Hospice is hosting a monthly walk for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Grief Walk will take place in Balboa Park on Saturday, Sept. 30. Walkers will follow a tree-lined 1.5-mile path in the park, looping through the north end of the West Mesa area. This easy-paced walking group offers participants an opportunity to share with others, walk in silence, or dedicate the walk to a loved one. Jenna Waters, a certified grief educator, will facilitate the experience. Participants will meet at Sixth & Upas gateway at 9:30 a.m. There’s no cost to attend and is open to everyone in the community.
